Shockingly, I’m not the only person with the idea of making gift recommendations during this time of year. I’ve run across a few other great lists in the past few weeks that have helped me to add to my own growing wish list. Just in case you don’t spend as much time combing the internet for more lists, here are some you should definitely check out:
- DIY.org’s Awesome Kid Gift Guide – What I have and totally recommend is the Makey Makey. What I don’t have and definitely want is the YOXO Mega-Builder Kit.
- Maker Gifts for Kids from Maker Bridge – What I have and totally recommend is Dash and Dot. What I don’t have and definitely need to get is Snap Circuits.
- Top Ten Makerspace Favorites of 2015 – What I have is nothing on this list. What I don’t have and would love to try is the Skil Power Cutter.
- Ed Tech Gift Guide From Publishing Perspectives – What I have and totally recommend is Osmo. What I don’t have but really want to try is the Science Museum Inventor Kit.
- The Kid Should See This Gift Guide – What I have and totally recommend is Magnatiles. What I don’t have and really want is… lots of things. But I’ll settle for: Keva Contraptions, Snap Circuits Light, a Strandbeest, the littleBits Gizmos and Gadgets Kit, and Thing Explainer.
